Our meats are always delivered frozen fresh!
That is because we carefully prepare them with our special seasonings and marinade. They arrive ready to use and of course as fresh and safe as if you bought them at your local market. Because we have been shipping our meats for many years, we know how to prepare and ship them so they always arrive safely.
We begin by quick-freezing the meats completely. We vacuum seal the meats inside a high quality plastic packaging material. Next, we place the frozen meats inside a heavily insulated container. We place a large amount of frozen "ice" inside next to the meats to insure they will stay frozen during shipment.The insulated container with "ice" and frozen meat is placed into a specially designed shipping box and readied for shipment to you quickly.
We ship only using the most reliable and fastest services available. Your meats arrive rapidly, with freshness intact. Mmmmm...ready to cook and have a fiesta! Our methods and packaging have all been approved by authorities.
Order Delivery
How long does it take to get an order of Carne Asada?All orders take 24 - 48 hours to process. We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to guarantee that the product arrives in time and still frozen. Any shipment that is sent using the Ground shipping method is subject to be postponed until the following Monday depending on the location of where the product is being shipped. There are no deliveries on Sunday and there is an extra charge for deliveries on Saturday. UPS does not ship to all locations on Saturday, the most commonly excluded shipping areas are rural areas.
